Snapp does work with iPhone but you cannot publish to the iOS App Store.

From an iPhone you can:

build with Snapp from http://builder.snapp.cc/#/builder
publish an app on Play Store or Aptoide or as a mobile website
create a shortcut to your mobile website so it appears on your home screen with an icon
